4 cup self-rising flour
1½ ice water
½ chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix ice water and chicken broth. Make a well in the flour and add the water mixture and stir with hands; should have consistency of biscuit dough.
Roll out onto floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into 1½ inch squares. In a large pot, where chicken has been cooked add broth and bring to a rolling boil. Add the squares of dough.
After last dumpling hasº been added, let continue in roaring boil for 5 minutes.
