SKILLET FRENCH ONION CHICKEN



2 onions
3 T butter
1 cup beef broth
4 chicken breasts, pounded
1 T oil
italian blend seasoning
2 T flour
4 slices provolone
4 slices swiss

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 350

in skillet add onions, butter, 3 T beef broth and brown for 3-4 minutes until translucent
continue to cook 15 minutes. transfer to bowl.

pound chicken, drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper and italian herbs. cook chicken, until browned on both sides

transfer chicken to plate. add onions back to pan , one c of beef broth and flour until mixture comes to a boil. Put chicken in 9x13 pan and cover with sauce and cheeses. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and chicken is cooked through.
