~300 Ritz crackers

7 oz. marshmallow cream
1 C peanut butter

24 oz. white chocolate chips
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 T. shotening

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the peanut butter and marshmallow cream. Sandwich a small amount of this filling between two Ritz crackers. When all the cracker "sandwiches" are made, slowly heat the chocolates and shortening until melted and smooth. Dip each "sandwich" in the melted chocolate and set on a rack to harden.

How should these even be good? But they are! We have a holiday tradition of making them with Mandy and her boys. It's a great recipe to do with friends - you can sit and visit while you spread and dip! They freeze well too.
