1/2 lb. bulk sausage
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 can (14 oz.) sauerkraut, drained and snipped
2 T. bread crumbs
3 oz. cream cheese
2 T. parsley
1 t. mustard
1 dash garlic salt
1 dash pepper

BREADING:
2 eggs, well beaten
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. bread crumbs


Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and onion; drain. Add sauerkraut and bread crumbs to sausage mixture. Combine remaining ingredients and add to sauerkraut mixture. Chill. Shape into balls and coat with flour. Roll balls into mixture of eggs and milk and then into bread crumbs. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown.
