3 C flour (all purpose, whole wheat pastry or a combo of both)
2 t. cinnamon, 1 t. nutmeg, 1 t. ground cloves, 1/2 t. ginger 1/2 t. allspice
pinch of cardamon
1 t. salt
1 t. baking soda
4 eggs
1 1/2 C sugar
2 C canned pumpkin
1 1/4 C oil

Topping:
1 C brown sugar
1 C chopped pecans or rolled oats (if you can't do nuts)
1 t. cinnamon
1/4 C melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the topping ingredients and set aside. Mix all of the muffin ingredients. Fill muffin tins (greased or paper lined) about half way. Spoon some of the topping on each and top with raw pumpkin seeds. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Makes about 24 muffins.
