2 c. ground ham
2 c. stiff mashed potatoes (no milk!)
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 beaten egg
1 t. prepared mustard
1/4 t. pepper
1¼ c. crushed cornflakes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients (except cornflakes) in a large bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Shape into 1" balls. Roll in crushed cornflakes until coated. Place on a greased baking pan; bake for 25-30 minutes in a 350º oven until golden. Serve warm.
