In a sauce pan combine:
1 c flour
¼ c salt
1tsp cream of tartar
Mix together then add:
1 cup water
1Tbps food colouring
1 Tbsp Vanilla
Whisk together until smooth

Directions:
Cook over medium heat in a non-stick pan until nearly set and appears dry. True it onto counter and cool,. kneading every few minutes to prevent the outside form drying out. When cool store in airtight container (a ziplock bag works).
