4 beef tenderloin steaks, cut 1" thick
1 large garlic clove, halved
½ tsp salt
2 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbsp cream cheese
4 tsp crumbled feta cheese
4 tsp plain yogurt
2 tsp onion, minced
dash of ground white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Rub steaks with garlic. To prepare topping, combine remaining ingredients in small bowl and set aside. Place steaks on a frying pan and brown both sides on med-high heat. Bake in oven at 425º for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, 13-16 minutes for medium doneness, turning once. One to two minutes before steaks are done, top evenly with cheese topping. Season with salt and and sprinkle with parsley.
