3 eggs- well beaten
1 cup White Sugar
3 tsp butter or margarine, melted
1 cup Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
3 ½ cup Flour
1 tsp salt
4 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all dry ingredients and then add wet to make dough. Roll out and cut with donut cutter. Deep fry until golden brown on both sides. Drain on brown paper (or paper towel). Toss in white sugar to coat while still warm.
