2- 7 oz. pimentos, drained
3- 10 oz. SHARP cheddar cheese, finely shredded
1 cup real mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Place the drained pimentos in a blender and blend until almost smooth. In a very large bowl, combine the cheese and pimentos, using a mixer, beating until almost smooth. Beat in the mayonnaise. Store, covered in the refrigerator, for up to 1 week. Remove the spread from the refrigerator and allow to room temperature, before serving.
