Bottom Layer:
½ c hard margarine, softened
⅓ c brown sugar
1¼ c flour

Second layer:
2 large eggs
1c Brown Sugar
1 tsp Flour
½ tsp Baking Powder
¼ tsp Salt
¼ c margin, melted
1 tsp Vanilla
1½ c raisins
½ c chopped Walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Bottom Layer:
Crumble all 3 ingredients together in a bowl. Press into uncreased 9x9" square pan. Bake at 350ºf for 15 minutes.

Second layer:
Mix eggs and brown sugar together, add the rest of the ingredients. Combine well. Spread over bottom layer. Bake at 350ºF for about 20 minutes or until light brown on top.
