3/4 - 1 pound left over beef roast
2 - 3 cups carrots from leftover roast
2-3 cups potatoes from leftover roast
Onions from left over roast
Broth from left over roast.
1 teaspoon onion powder
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Using a meat grinder, I grind all the left overs into a large Pam sprayed skillet. Add broth to make mixture fairly soupy.
Add salt, onion powder and pepper and simmer in skillet until mixture has cooked down to desired consistency.
