2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 eggs
1 - #2 can crushed pineapple (Do NOT drain)


Glaze for cake
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 stick margarine
8 ounce cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

Mix above cake ingredients. Pour onto a greased Jelly roll pan or similar pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes depending on your oven. It should turn golden brown and bounce back when you touch it. Or use a toothpick to test.

Glaze for cake
Melt butter and cream cheese for about 45 seconds in microwave. Using a mixer, mix the above glaze ingredients until smooth. Let cool before glazing. This will glaze the cake. It is not a frosting.


Refrigerate until ready to serve.
