1 cup butter, softened
2 tsp granulated garlic OR 4 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 heaping tsp seasoning salt
1 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp ground paprika

1 loaf of bread (white, wheat, sourdough, etc.)

1. Mix well. Store in fridge. (The longer it sits, the better.)

TO MAKE GARLIC BREAD

2. Preheat oven to 375 F. Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each slice of a loaf of bread. Place pieces of bread back in the loaf shape, but offset each piece of bread diagonally so the whole loaf kind of leans to one side. Wrap the loaf in foil (using two layers if necessary to cover the bread.

3. Bake until center slices are hot (20-30 min). If you want the bread to get crisper than it started, open the top of the foil for the last 10 minutes of baking time.
