1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated Grands biscuits

1 pound ground beef

1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix

1 (8 ounce) can refried beans

1 (14 ounce) bag -from the freezer section- Ultimate Southwest Blend (sweet corn, black beans, poblano chilis, red bell peppers, and onions)

8 ounces shredded Mexican-style cheese blend

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Lay Grands biscuits on the bottom of a square cake pan, flatten, and bake according to package directions.

Meanwhile, brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the taco seasoning and stir together well.

Cook southwest blend, following package directions. Add refried beans. Mix well.

When dough is done, remove from oven and place meat mixture on top, then layer with refried beans, southwest blend and cheese.

Return to oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
