1 large shallot
1 tsp minced ginger
2 tsp white miso paste
2 tbsp. Nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 cumin
1/8 cayenne pepper
1 cup long grain rice
2½ vegetable broth
3 cup small broccoli florets
1 - 15.5 oz can black beans (drained and rinsed)

Heat 2 tbsp. water in instant pot on "saute" Add Shallots and ginger and allow to cook 1 minute. Stir in miso paste, nutritional yeast and spices. Stir in broth and bring to boil. cover and cook Manual for 20 minutes with Broccoli florets and rice. Then add black beans and cook for 10 more minutes. Finish Al dente.
