1 pkg active dry yeast
2 tsp honey
1-1/4C warm water
2C flour
1C whole wheat flour
1/4 C olive oil
1 tsp salt
Cornmeal to sprinkle on baking sheet

Directions:
Directions:
Knead dough smooth, non-sticky, elastic. Cover. Let rise. Punch down. Cut into 8 parts. roll to circle 7 to 8 inches. Place on baking sheet, cover, let rise 30 minutes.

500º oven until just puffed, about 2 minutes. Turn for 1 minute. Serve warm.
