3 T. vegetable oil
2 t. minced garlic
1 1/2 t. minced ginger
1/4 t. crushed red pepper or to taste
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pound ground beef
1/2 c. chicken broth, divided
1/3 c. hoisin sauce
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. beef broth
2 T. cornstarch
16 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
2 T. toasted sesame oil
1/2 c. sliced green onion

Directions:
Directions:
Heat large skillet until hot.
Add the oil, garlic, ginger and pepper flakes..
Saute about 5 seconds.
Add onion and stir-fry until transparent.
Crumble in ground beef and stir -fry until light brown.
In a small bowl, combine 1/4 c. chicken broth, sauces and beef broth.
Stir into meat mixture.
Cover, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring once or twice.
Dissolve cornstarch in remaining chicken broth.
Slowly stir into meat mixture, cook and stir until the sauce is thick.
In separate bowl, combine the spaghetti and sesame oil.
Pour sauce over top and toss gently to combine.
Serve topped with green onions.
