Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 C flour (all-purpose)
1 tsp salt
2/3 C Crisco
cold water (with ice in it to keep it COLD)

Directions:
Directions:
stir salt into flour in large mixing bowl. Cut in Crisco, mush it with your fingers and rub it around until the mix resembles large-grained corn meal. Then add water 2 Tbs at a time and stir the mix with a fork until it sticks together in a large ball. Roll out onto floured countertop in halves – you can use a dab of water on your finger tip to repair tears – and it’s good to flip the crust a couple/few times while you roll it out to prevent it sticking to everything.
