1 2-pound round loaf of sourdough bread
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1½ cups sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
1 bunch chopped green onions
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 small jar dried beef, chopped
1 4-oz can green chilies
1 2-oz jar drained pimentos
Dash of Tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Slice top off of round loaf of bread and remove bread from center (may use this as bread crumbs in another recipe).
Combine all ingredients and fill loaf with mixture. Place top of bread on loaf and wrap loaf in foil. Bake 1½ hours at 325 degrees.
May prepare filling ahead of time and refrigerate. Fill loaf and follow baking instructions. May serve filling in bowl rather than bread loaf.

Serve with large Fritoes or bread sq00uares.
