1½ c. ketchup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. bourbon
2 t. minced onion
2 lbs. hot dogs, cut 1/2" thick
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large skillet and mix well. Add hot dogs and bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer to a chafing dish. Use wooden picks to serve.
