1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup blue cheese or ranch salad dressing
1/2 cup Franks or Durkee hot sauce
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 oz cheddar or Mexican 4 cheese variety, shredded
1 rotisserie chicken, boned and shredded
salt if needed
1/2 cup finely chopped celery, optional
scallions, sliced for garnish, optional
Serve with: crackers, chips and/or veggies

Preheat oven 350. In a 9" deep dish pie plate add the cream cheese and stir with a fork until smooth. Mix in the dressing, hot sauce, cheeses, chicken, celery & salt. Bake 20 minutes or until dip is hot and bubbling. Stir before serving then garnish with scallions if desired. Serve with crackers, chips and/or veggies.
