1 box white cake mix
1/2 can of strawberry pop (or
water)
1 (3oz) pkg strawberry gelatin
2 cups milk
2 cups whipped cream or whipped
topping
4 oz instant vanilla pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake according to directions on box in a 9x13 pan.
While cake is baking, dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp
boiling water. Add pop (or water) to gelatin mixture. Cool
cake for 20 minutes. With fork, poke holes in cake and
slowly spoon gelatin over cake. Chill for 1 hour. Combine
pudding mix and milk and beat 3 minutes. Fold in whipped
cream and spread over cooled cake. Chill again. Optional :
Serve with strawberries over top.
