1 1/2 to 1 3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp flour
unbaked pie shell
raspberries
cream
sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 c. sugar with 3 Tbsp. flour (heaping).
Sprinkle a little on the bottom of unbaked pie shell. Fill with
raspberries. Sprinkle rest of mixture on top of berries. Cover
with second crust, cut slits on top so steam can escape.
Brush top crust with cream and sprinkle a little sugar on top.
Bake at 350 º for 60 minutes or until crust is brown and filling
bubbles in slits. Cover outside crust with a little tin foil so it
doesn't get to done, before the rest is done.
