8 oz cream cheese at room temp
3 lb red potatoes (peeled and
sliced)
1 cup chicken broth
1 pkg chopped ham
1/2 cup sour cream
2 lb block of Velveeta (sometimes I
only do half the cheese)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into 9x13 glass pan
and bake uncovered at 350ş for about 1 hour or until bubbly.
