1 lb. ground beef
2 (10 oz.) cans Old El Paso
Enchilada Sauce
16 oz refried beans
1­12 pkg of soft tacos
8 oz or 2 cups cheddar shredded
cheese
1 can of olives (sliced)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400°F. Brown ground beef in a sauce pan over
medium-high heat until thoroughly cooked; drain. Put beef
back in pan and stir in 1 1/2 cans enchilada sauce and
refried beans. Bring to a boil and then spoon enchilada filling
onto tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese and olives; roll up and
place seam-side down in lightly greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
Pour remaining enchilada sauce over top; sprinkle with
remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake at 400°F for 20 to 25
minutes.
