4 1/2 tsp yeast
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup shortening/butter
1 egg
2 cups warm water
2 tsp salt
6 1/2­ 7 cups flour
Ingredients for inside of rolls
3/4 ­1 cup brown sugar
cinnamon
1/2 stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water; melt butter/shortening in
separate container. Add sugar, salt, and egg to butter. Add
to yeast mixture, then add flour. Dough can be stored up to 3
days. To make cinnamon rolls: butter bottom of the pan, melt
butter and spread over rolled out dough, then sprinkle brown
sugar and cinnamon and rollup and cut into rolls. Bake @
400º for about 15 min.
