1/2 cup minced onion
1/4 cup butter
1/4 tsp pepper
1 4oz can mushrooms
1 lb. hamburger
2 tblsp flour
1 clove garlic
2 tsp salt
1 tblsp chopped parsley
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter. Stir in remaining ingredients, except soup, sour cream and parsley. Saute for 5 minutes. Add soup and cook an additional 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Serve over buttered rice or noodles. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Grama's note: "I used very little garlic - just a little garlic salt, perhaps little or no pepper and some little button mushrooms (stems and pieces) and not as much sour cream as this recipe calls for.
