1 9 X 13 pan cornbread
1/2 loaf white bread toasted
3 - 4 c chicken broth
1/2 bunch of celery, chopped
3 - 4 onions, chopped
1 - 2 sticks melted butter
1 container sage
1 - 2 t salt
1 - 2 t black pepper
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cornbread the night before using. Crumble cornbread coarsely and spread out to let dry. Toast bread the night before also and let dry. Fry onions and celery in melted butter until soft. Crumble cornbread a little more and mix with crumbled toast, onions, celery and chicken broth. Add spices, beat eggs and add. Add more spice and butter, if desired, to taste. If dry, add some more broth. May add chopped boiled eggs, if desired. Bake at 400 until golden.
