Mix all together and cook all day on low heat (Crockpot)

5# venison - no fat - cut into pieces (Could use lean roast) - Brown in oil and drain

Add to crock pot:
2 onions chopped fine
small bottle ketchup
Fill empty ketchup bottle with apple cider vinegar and add
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp paprika
chopped stalks celery

I ate this as a kid, and LOVED it! Good luck finding venison! I remember that we had it once using bear meat that dad shot.... I'm not sure why its called "Sliver Cats"......that's just what Polly called it!!!
