2 c frozen peas (cooked)
2 c cooked barley
1/4 c butter
12 slices bacon (fried)
1 chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon and brown onion in bacon drippings. Cook barley and drain, if needed. Cook peas and drain. Mix peas with barley and pour melted butter over mixture then pour bacon drippings and onion over mixture. Sprinkle with the bacon. Can also make without bacon if you need to reduce fat. It is good that way also.
