2 tbsp. butter
2˝ lbs. boneless single pork loin, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 onions, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. dried dill
1 tsp. salt
˝ tsp. black pepper
1 can (10 ounces) condensed beef broth, divided
2 tbsp. cornstarch
˝ c. heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat and add pork, onions, and garlic. Sauté 5 minutes, or until pork is no longer pink on outside. Stir in paprika, dill, salt, pepper, and all but 2 tablespoons of beef broth. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 20 minutes. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining beef broth and cornstarch; pour into skillet and stir until sauce has thickened. Slowly add cream and stir until warmed through.
