1 3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
2 cups grated, unpeeled zucchini
1/2 cup sour milk
2 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp sale
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 small package chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and oil well. Add eggs and beat. Combine dry ingredients and add alternately with the sour milk and beat well. Add zucchini and mix well. Put in prepared 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 50-60 minutes
