3/4 cup sugar
2 tblsp soy sauce
1 tblsp dry white wine
3 tblsp wine vinegar
3 tblsp ketchup
2 tblsp cornstarch
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan on stove combine sugar, soy sauce, wine, vinegar and ketchup and bring to a boil. Dissolve cornstarch in water and add to sauce. Cook over low heat, stirring until sauce has thickened.

This is a great sauce on baked chicken. Begin glazing chicken, alternating sides, when chicken is about half way cooked.
