Directions:
Take cubed pork and beef in equal amounts in desired quantities. Place 5 cubes of meat on one wooden skewer alternating the pork and beef. Prepare mixture of eggs and milk whisked together in a 1:1 ratio (depending on the quantity of meat, this mixture will vary). Crush ritz crackers to a fine meal.

1 - Roll drumsticks in plain flour, then dip in the egg/milk mixture.
2 - Roll drumsticks in cracker crumbs.
3 - Brown drumsticks on all sides in oil until golden and place side by side in a baking dish or pan.
4 - Whisk together 1 can of mushroom soup to about half a can milk (this mixture also varies with quantities used)
5 - After all are browned and placed in the pan, pour the soup/milk mix over the drumsticks. It is best to have the liquid mixture almost covering the drumsticks, but not completely.
6 - Cover with aluminum foil and place in a preheated 350 degree oven.
7 - Bake until the meat is tender (approx. an hour)
