Leftover BBQ Pork
12 oz cooked rotini
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Cheese sauce
6T butter
1/3 C flour
4 cups warm milk
½ tsp cayenne pepper (opt)
2 cups grated medium/sharp cheddar
8 oz velveeta, cubed
1 can rotel, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta (if you havent already). Mix cooked pasta, leftover pork, and cheese sauce together. Spread into 9x13 pan and top with 1 cup grated cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

Cheese sauce instructions:
Melt butter, and whisk in flour to create a paste. Slowly whisk in milk. Add cayenne and allow to come to boil and thicken slightly. Remove from heat, add cheeses and stir until melted. Stir in rotel.
