1 can peach halves
1 beaten egg
1 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1 tsp. yellow mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1 lb. ground cooked ham (about 2 cups)
1/4 cup chopped green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Drain peaches (reserve juice) and combine 1/4 cup of peach juice, egg, oats, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Stir in ham and green pepper. Shape into 18 balls. Broil in oven until brown (about 8 minutes). Turn balls and place peach halves in the oven with them. Broil again for about 8 minutes.
