3 very ripe bananas
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Butter, softened
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. Ground cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped pecans (options)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 9x13 cake pan.
Combine bananas, sugar, butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla in mixer until smooth. There may be some small lumps remaining from the banana.
In a separate bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Pour into creamed mixture.
Stir in chopped pecans.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
