1 box dry rice (Uncle Ben's Brown Rice)
1 box chicken broth
1 diced onion or 1 1/2 cups frozen diced onions
1 stick of butter
Chicken breasts or tenderloins (1-2 packages depending on how many you are feeding)
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Layer rice, chicken broth, onions, sliced butter, chicken in a 9 X 12 glass dish. Sprinkle salt then sprinkle pepper heavier than salt. Bake at 400 for 1 hr to 1 hr, 15 min.It's done when the broth is absorbed.

This is the dish I have always prepared for our Dunn Family beach trips. Can be doubled easily and the leftovers are just as good!
