3 lbs of Golden Potatoes
1-1/2 c Chicken Broth
1-1/2 c Beef Broth
3 slices of Bacon
1 onion
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Peel & wash potatoes. Slice potatoes horizontally about 1/4" thick & line a greased 9x13 Pyrex dish. Cook bacon until crispy. Remove bacon - let drain & cool. Dice onion & saute in bacon grease until onions are translucent. Add the broths & pour over potatoes. Crumble the bacon and sprinkle on top. Bake 30-45 mins at 350º or until potatoes are tender.
