1 Onion
1 tsp Basil
1/2 tsp pepper
1 Qt of Tomatoes Puree
1 1/2 Cup ricotta Cheese
1 tsp oregano
1/2 Green Pepper
1/2 Lb Hamburg
1 tsp salt
1/2 Bud of Garlic
9 Lasagna Noodles
1 tsp. Parsley
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Can Tomato Paste
1 1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a small amount of oil, slowly cook 1 onion, 1/2 green pepper, and 1/2 bud of garlic, for 15 minutes. Add 1 tsp. basil, 1 tsp. oregano, 1 tsp. parsley, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 1 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. sugar and 1 quart of tomatoes puree. Cook 1/2 hour, stirring often and using low heat. Add 1 small can tomato paste and cook 10 minutes, stirring frequently over low heat.

Brown 1/2 lb. hamburg and add to sauce. In a separate bowl mix 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese and 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese. Cook 9 lasagna noodles. Put small amount of sauce in bottom of pan, then add 3 noodles, then cheese mixture alternate your ingredients. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
