juice of 3 limes
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp chili powder
3/4 C. olive oil
course salt and pepper
6 ears corn
3 cups cherry tomatoes
1/2 c diced red onion
1/2 c chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 lb feta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, whisk lime juice, cumin, chili powder. Stream in oil while whisking to make a vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper.
Grill or cook corn. Cut down cob to remove kernels, put kernels in large bowl. Add tomatoes, onions, cilantro, feta and vinaigrette.
