One Package Hot Roll Mix
1 pound VELVEETA Cheese (shredded)
1 Pound Ground Beef
1 teaspoon Oregano
Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder to taste
2 Cups Vegetable Oil
1 small Head of Cabbage (shredded)
1 small Green Pepper (chopped)
1 small Onion (chopped)
1 Can Mushrooms (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook ground beef with the seasoning. Set aside. Cook cabbage, oil, green pepper, onion until tender. Add the cooked ground beef to the pepper mixture and simmer 20 minutes. Cool thoroughly.

2. Mix the roll mix omitting the egg. Separate the dough into 8 pieces and roll out into squares. Add the shredded cheese and mushrooms with the hamburger mixture, and spoon in the middle of the squares and roll up, sealing the edges. Bake on a slightly greased sheet pan at 350ºF for 20 minutes or until Golden.

3. The Runzas can be frozen before baking. If using this method, omit the cheese from the Runza and make a cheese sauce instead for dipping. Can also be make in smaller portions for appetizers.
