2 lbs lean ground beef
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 onion, sliced like rings
1 pkg sliced mushrooms
1 (16 oz) light sour cream
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon Hungarian paprika (optional)
salt
pepper
1-2 Tablespoons Butter
1 package of egg noodles, rice or mashed potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onions in large skillet with butter over medium-low heat until caramelized then add mushrooms for 1-2 minutes (don't let them get mushy). Move to a bowl. In same skillet, brown meat with salt & pepper on medium heat then drain off fat. Lower heat and add the mushroom soup,sour cream (do not boil) and dashes of Worcestershire sauce to taste. You can add Paprika now if desired. It should be sort of saucy, add a splash of milk if you need to thin out. Serve over starch.
