2 can 28 oz crushed tomatoes
1 can 8 oz tomato sauce
1 can 6 oz tomato paste
1 large onion, chopped
44 oz water
6 fresh basil leaves
3 fresh bay leaves
1 tbs salt
1/2 tbs pepper
1 1/2 tbs parsley
8 lbs pork loin
3 lbs (10 links) sweet, mild Italian sausage
2 1/2 lbs ground chuck
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Using a large stock pot available, add sauce, paste, crushed tomatoes and water to pot cook on medium until it boils. Stir occasionally.
Brown ground chuck, drain and reserve grease this is used to saute onion. Brown pork loin and sausage links, blotting sausage prior to adding to pot. Saute onion in olive oil.
Once pot comes to boil, add meat and spices.
Turn pot to low and simmer 4-5 hours.

This is Toni's gravy recipe. We had to measure each item as she made the gravy! There will be plenty left over to freeze. Usually 6-8 large Chinese soup containers.
