1 package raw sweet chicken Italian Sausage (or use ground turkey)
2 cartons Roasted Red Pepper Soup (found at Trader Joes)
1-2 handfuls chopped spinach
1 bag frozen Chimichurri Rice (found at Trader Joes)
Add spice to taste: red pepper flakes, pepper or cayenne

Top with cheese or Parmesan cheese. Serve with hearty bread.

Remove casing from sausage and brown in a large soup pot. Add Chimichurri Rice and spinach. Saute until heated through. Add cartons of soup and spices. Heat until desired temperature. Top with cheese.
