6 Anaheim chiles
1 tbsp oil
2C chopped onion
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp ground coriander
salt
1 can chicken broth
Roast chiles. Simmer all 30 minutes

RED-
5 dried New Mexico chiles
1 Tbsp oil
1-1/2 C chopped onion
2 cloves minced garlic
2C chicken broth
2C water
1 tsp dried oregano
salt
1 Tbsp masa harina
