1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp ground dry mustard
½ tsp cayenne pepper
⅛ tsp ground nutmeg

Combine all ingredients: store in airtight container. Rub mixture over meat or poultry: cover and refrigerate up to 4 hours before grilling or broiling.
