4 egg yolks
½ cup butter, melted
3 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the yolks in blender at low speed just long enough so they are of uniform consistency then place in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Very gradually add the butter-hardly more than drop by drop. As the mixture continues to boil add lemon juice. Salt to taste.
