1 cup melted butter
1 egg
1¾ cup sifted flour
1 tsp vanilla
¾ cup brown sugar
½ tsp cream of tartar
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Beat well. Add dry ingredients. Chill. Drop by tsp on greased cookie sheet about 1½" apart. Place cherry on top. Bake at 350º F for about 10 minutes.
